We strongly recommend that your original signed Will is stored securely in our off site premises.This ensures that the original Will cannot be lost or tampered with and is secured in a fire-proof vault.

Your Will(s) is stored for £25 per Will (one off charge) and is also registered with Certainty, the National Will Register. So when storing a will with us, you will get two certificates for each will – one to show the will is stored by Stanford Legal Services and the other to show its registered with Certainty. You can also store Lasting Powers of Attorney, House Deeds, Insurance Policies etc. at no extra cost.
