Could you do with some FREE, sound advice on:

  • Writing a Will – What do I need and how much does it cost?
  • Creating Lasting Powers of Attorney – If I was incapacitated who can act on my behalf?
  • Property Protection Trusts – Can these really save Care Home Fees?
  • Pre-Paid Funeral Plans – With so many to choose from how do I decide which plan is best?

There is so much confusion on these vital areas of estate planning, that sometimes just a chat with an expert in the field can clear up misunderstanding and set out the way ahead, without all the legal jargon.

Responding to client concerns, Steve Worsfold of long-established Worthing Will Writing business: Sussex Will Writers, has agreed to offer up to 30 minute time slots every Thursday morning from 10.00 am to mid-day to answer your questions on the above issues.

The slots are available to be booked via the SCHEDULE A CALL button.

Our Services

Wills

Dying without making a Will leaves a time consuming and potentially costly mess for your loved ones… even if you don’t have much in the way of assets. If you have children and a property don’t let the State dictate what happens to your Estate.

Lasting Powers of Attorney

If you were unable to make your own decisions regarding your finances and health, who should do that for you? For a growing age group, loss of mental capacity is a major worry.

Trusts

Do you want your children or others in your Will to lose their inheritance due to your home having to be sold to pay for your Long Term Care Costs? Strategies used by families who have written Wills with suitable Trust wordings can preserve your estate for your loved ones.

Funeral Plans

Do you want to leave your children and loved ones having to guess what you want for your funeral? With Funerals typically costing £5000 families are looking to take cost effective action to freeze these costs today.

Support for Vulnerable Clients

At Sussex Will Writers we have measures in place to help support our vulnerable clients.

Understanding English

We realised that for some of our customers, English may not be their first language. Therefore, we will make allowances should this apply to you and can, if required, arrange for documents to be translated.

Having a Third Party Present

We recognise that some vulnerable customers may like to have a friend or family member present at any meetings (either online or in person) to offer guidance and support in preparing your Will. We support you in this and are happy to welcome any third party to the discussions and meetings regarding any business you do with Sussex Will Writers.

Large Print/Braille

Some of our customers may have poor eyesight and require documents to be prepared in large font or in braille. Please let us know if you would like us to do this for you and we can have the necessary documents prepared.

Health

Some of our clients and customers may be struggling with health problems that make them more vulnerable. In these instances, we will take any steps required to help make our services clear and easy to understand and provide any extra material or information that may be required.

Life Events/Loss of Income/Bereavement

Sometimes a customer or client can become vulnerable due to a life event, loss of income or bereavement. In these circumstances we recognise that extra care and help may be required to help our clients navigate the processes and procedures in preparing their Wills and arranging their estate. In such circumstances, Sussex Will Writers will make any adjustments clients may need in order to support them through challenging times.
